Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To better serve all of our patients and respect the time reserved specifically for your care, B & B Complete Wound & Wellness is implementing the following appointment policy:
There will be a $25 booking fee to hold your appointment at the time of booking. This fee will be credited to any service you receive.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A $50 fee will be charged for:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
No-show appointments
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. We kindly ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
