B & B Complete Wound & Wellness partners with home health agencies to help patients receive specialized wound care in the comfort of their homes. Our mobile approach supports continuity of care by coordinating with the patient’s home health team and tailoring wound-management recommendations to the individual’s clinical needs, home environment, and plan of care.

Our providers offer assessment and management support for a range of wounds, including chronic and non-healing wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic and neuropathic wounds, venous and arterial ulcers, and surgical or traumatic wounds. Depending on clinical assessment and appropriateness, care may include advanced wound dressings, wound VAC management, vascular assessment such as Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) testing, and consideration of advanced therapies such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or skin substitutes.

Collaboration is central to our service. We work to maintain clear communication with referring agencies, share relevant care recommendations, and support patient and caregiver understanding of wound care. Education may cover dressing care, pressure injury prevention, skin protection, warning signs that require medical attention, and ways to follow the prescribed plan of care.

Our goal is to complement the home health agency’s services, support timely wound assessment, and help reduce avoidable complications where possible. Care recommendations are individualized and depend on clinical findings, medical necessity, provider authorization, and applicable payer and regulatory requirements. Medicare, Medicaid, and select commercial insurances accepted. Self-pay options also available.
