B & B Complete Wound & Wellness works with skilled nursing facilities, long-term care communities, and assisted living facilities to strengthen wound and ostomy care programs. Our partnership model is designed to complement the facility’s existing nursing team by providing specialized clinical input, bedside evaluation, staff education, prevention support, and quality-improvement guidance.

Support may include comprehensive wound assessment, recommendations for appropriate treatment and dressing plans, pressure injury prevention strategies, review of wound-related trends, and guidance on early identification and escalation of concerns. When clinically appropriate, advanced wound-care options may also be considered in coordination with the resident’s care team and relevant authorizations.

Education and collaboration are important parts of the partnership. Training topics can be tailored to facility needs and may include skin integrity, pressure injury prevention, wound documentation, dressing practices, ostomy-related concerns, and recognizing changes that require further assessment. We can also support communication among facility wound nurses, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team to help maintain a coordinated approach to resident care.

The purpose of this partnership is to support prevention, consistent clinical processes, resident-centered care, and ongoing quality improvement. B & B Complete Wound & Wellness does not replace the facility’s own nursing operations or regulatory responsibilities; instead, we provide specialized support that works alongside the facility’s established team. Services are individualized and subject to clinical need, resident choice, provider authorization, payer requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
