Aesthetics

What aesthetic services do you offer?

Our aesthetic services are designed to provide natural-looking facial rejuvenation and improve overall skin health. Depending on your individual goals and provider assessment, services may include:

  • Jeuveau® neurotoxin
  • Evolysse™ hyaluronic acid filler
  • Lip enhancement and Lip Flip treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • PRP/PRF regenerative treatments
  • PRP/PRF gel or biofiller
  • Exosome and peptide-enhanced treatments
  • Skin rejuvenation
  • Hair-restoration treatments
  • Diamond microdermabrasion
  • Sclerotherapy for appropriate spider veins

Your provider will discuss your goals, medical history, treatment options, expected results, and appropriate aftercare before treatment.

How do I know which aesthetic treatment is right for me?

You do not have to decide before your appointment.

We begin with an individualized assessment and discuss what you would like to improve. Your provider can then recommend options based on your anatomy, skin, goals, medical history, and treatment preferences.

Do you offer Botox?

We offer Jeuveau®, a botulinum toxin type A neuromodulator, for appropriate patients. It is commonly used to temporarily improve the appearance of certain facial lines caused by muscle movement.

What type of filler do you use?

We offer Evolysse™ hyaluronic acid (HA) filler as one of our injectable filler options.

We also offer regenerative options such as PRP/PRF gel or biofiller for appropriate patients who are interested in treatments using their own blood-derived components.

Do you offer microneedling?

Yes. We offer microneedling with several treatment options that may include hyaluronic acid, peptides, exosomes, or PRP, depending on your goals and clinical appropriateness.

Microneedling may be used to support improvements in skin texture, tone, fine lines, the appearance of certain scars, and overall skin rejuvenation. PRP-based treatments may also be used as part of a hair-restoration plan when appropriate.

Wellness & Hormone Optimization

What wellness services do you offer?

Our wellness services are individualized and may include:

  • Hormone optimization
  • Medical weight management
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Thyroid optimization when clinically appropriate
  • Peptide therapies
  • NAD intramuscular injections
  • Nutraceutical support
  • Other individualized wellness therapies

Treatment recommendations are based on your health history, symptoms, goals, laboratory findings when appropriate, and provider evaluation.

Do you offer hormone replacement or hormone optimization?

Yes. We provide individualized hormone optimization for women and men.

Options may include pellet and non-pellet therapies when clinically appropriate. Your provider will review your symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, potential benefits, risks, and treatment alternatives before recommending a treatment plan.

Do you offer hormone pellets?

Yes. EvexiPEL® hormone pellet therapy is available for appropriate female and male patients.

Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone, so treatment begins with a clinical evaluation and appropriate laboratory testing.

Do you offer thyroid optimization?

Yes. Thyroid evaluation and optimization may be incorporated into a patient’s wellness plan when clinically appropriate.

Medical Weight Management

Do you offer medical weight-loss programs?

Yes. We provide medical weight management based on each patient’s health history, needs, and goals.

A program may incorporate nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, medical monitoring, and medication when clinically appropriate.

Do you offer GLP-1 medications?

GLP-1-based treatment options may be available for appropriate patients following medical evaluation.

Because medication selection and dosing are individualized, your provider will determine whether a GLP-1 medication or another weight-management approach is appropriate for you.

Will I receive nutritional guidance with weight management?

Yes. We believe successful weight management involves more than medication alone. Nutritional counseling and lifestyle guidance may be incorporated into your individualized treatment plan.

Wound Care

What types of wounds do you treat?

Our providers evaluate and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic wounds, including:

  • Pressure injuries
  • Diabetic wounds
  • Chronic or non-healing wounds
  • Vascular-related wounds
  • Surgical wounds
  • Traumatic wounds
  • Complex wounds requiring advanced management

Treatment is based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient and the factors contributing to delayed healing.

What makes your wound-care program different?

Our wound-care services are provided by WOCNBC-certified advanced practice nurses with specialized wound and ostomy expertise.

We focus on more than simply selecting a dressing. Effective wound management may require evaluation of the wound itself as well as pressure, circulation, nutrition, diabetes, infection risk, mobility, underlying medical conditions, and other barriers to healing.

When appropriate, treatment may include advanced dressings, debridement, negative-pressure wound therapy, vascular assessment, regenerative therapies, and advanced biologic treatments.

Do you perform wound debridement?

Yes. Our providers may perform appropriate wound debridement when clinically indicated.

The type and extent of debridement are determined by the wound assessment, patient condition, medical necessity, and provider judgment.

Do you manage wound VACs?

Yes. We provide evaluation and management of negative-pressure wound therapy (wound VAC) for appropriate patients.

Do you offer advanced wound treatments?

Yes. Depending on the wound, medical necessity, insurance requirements, and patient-specific factors, advanced therapies may include:

  • Advanced wound dressings
  • Debridement
  • Negative-pressure wound therapy
  • PRP-based wound therapies
  • Skin substitutes/advanced biologic products when medically appropriate

Not every therapy is appropriate for every wound. Treatment recommendations are made after clinical evaluation.

Do you offer diabetic foot care?

Yes. Our providers can provide diabetic foot assessment and appropriate foot-care services for eligible patients.

Diabetic foot care may be incorporated into our facility-based wound care services or in-home mobile wound care services, allowing us to address foot-care needs as part of a more comprehensive approach to wound prevention, early identification of skin and foot concerns, and ongoing wound management when appropriate.

Mobile Wound Care

Do you provide mobile wound care?

Yes. Unlike our aesthetics and wellness services, which are primarily office-based, wound and ostomy services may be provided in mobile and facility-based settings when appropriate.

Mobile services may be available in homes, residential settings, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and long-term care settings depending on the patient’s needs and service area.

Do you work with nursing homes and assisted living facilities?

Yes. We offer a specialized Wound Care Management & Pressure Injury Prevention Partnership Program for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living organizations.

Our goal is to work alongside a facility’s existing clinical team rather than simply function as an outside wound-care provider.

Partnership services may include WOCNBC-certified clinical oversight, wound-care consultation, pressure-injury prevention, staff education, prevalence tracking, quality-improvement support, documentation support, and assistance with survey readiness.

Can facilities refer individual residents for wound care without joining a partnership program?

Yes. Patient-specific wound-care services are separate from facility management partnership programs.

Individual residents may receive clinically appropriate wound, ostomy, diabetic foot, and advanced wound-care services regardless of whether the facility participates in a management partnership.

Ostomy Care

Do you provide ostomy care?

Yes. We provide ostomy evaluation, troubleshooting, education, and support.

Our providers can help patients experiencing issues such as pouching difficulties, leakage, peristomal skin problems, fitting concerns, and other ostomy-related challenges.

Do I have to have a wound to receive ostomy care?

No. Patients may seek assistance specifically for ostomy-related concerns, education, troubleshooting, or peristomal skin issues.

Insurance, Self-Pay & Memberships

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance billing may be available for eligible wound-care services when appropriate and covered by the patient’s plan.

A patient’s individual coverage, deductible, coinsurance, copayment, authorization requirements, and medical-necessity criteria are determined by the insurance plan.

Aesthetics and many wellness services are generally elective or self-pay services.

Are your VIP memberships insurance?

No. B & B VIP Memberships are not health insurance and are not a substitute for health insurance.

They are designed to provide benefits and savings on designated eligible services offered through our practice.

Is wound care included in a VIP membership?

Wound-care services are not included or covered by the monthly VIP membership fee and are billed separately from membership services.

When applicable, wound-care services are typically billed to the patient’s insurance. Patients remain responsible for any applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, non-covered services, or other patient responsibility determined by their insurance plan.

Self-Pay Exception for VIP Elite Members: If a patient does not have insurance and is paying entirely out of pocket for wound-care services, the VIP Elite 20% discount on eligible services may be applied to the self-pay wound-care charges.

The VIP Elite discount does not reduce insurance-billed charges, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other amounts determined to be the patient’s responsibility under an insurance plan. It applies only when the wound-care service is being provided on a self-pay basis and is otherwise eligible for the membership discount.

VIP memberships are not health insurance and are not a substitute for health insurance. Membership benefits and discounts are subject to the terms, exclusions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable membership agreement.

You do not need to purchase a VIP membership to receive wound or ostomy care from B & B Complete Wound & Wellness.

What VIP memberships do you offer?

We currently offer three primary membership options:

VIP Aesthetics — $125/month
Designed for patients who regularly use aesthetic and skin-rejuvenation services. Includes designated membership benefits, eligible discounts, priority booking subject to availability, and early access to designated events.

VIP Wellness — $150/month

VIP Elite — $200/month
Our combined option for patients who want access to eligible benefits across both aesthetics and wellness.

An additional family member (1) may be added to eligible membership arrangements for an additional monthly fee. Custom packages may also be available.

Specific benefits, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and membership terms are provided in the applicable membership agreement.

Appointments & Getting Started

Do I need a consultation before receiving treatment?

Many services require an evaluation or consultation before treatment. This allows your provider to review your health history, medications, goals, potential contraindications, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.

Clinical eligibility for any medication, procedure, or treatment is determined by your healthcare provider

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first appointment is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and developing a personalized plan of care.

Depending on the type of service you are seeking, your visit may include:

  • A review of your medical history, current medications, allergies, and relevant health conditions
  • A discussion of your concerns, symptoms, goals, and expectations
  • A focused physical assessment related to the service you are seeking
  • Review of previous treatments, laboratory results, wound-care records, or other relevant information when available
  • Recommendations for appropriate treatment options, including expected benefits, potential risks, alternatives, and anticipated follow-up
  • An opportunity to ask questions before deciding how you would like to proceed

For aesthetic services, we will discuss your treatment goals and evaluate the areas you would like to address. When appropriate, treatment may be performed during the same visit.

For wellness, hormone optimization, or medical weight management, your provider will review your health history, symptoms, goals, and any necessary laboratory testing before developing an individualized treatment plan. Some treatments may require laboratory results or additional evaluation before they can be started.

For wound or ostomy care, your provider will perform a comprehensive assessment of the wound, ostomy, surrounding skin, and factors that may be affecting healing. This may include reviewing circulation, pressure or offloading needs, nutrition, diabetes management, mobility, current wound-care products, and previous treatments. An individualized plan of care will then be developed based on your assessment.

For mobile or facility-based appointments, having your current medication list, insurance information, recent medical records, wound-care orders, and available wound supplies ready for your provider can help make the visit more efficient.

Our goal is for you to leave your first appointment with a clear understanding of your condition or concerns, your available options, and the recommended next steps in your care.

I’d make this a separate FAQ question so patients can easily find it:

Can I have multiple aesthetic treatments performed during the same appointment?

Possibly. For aesthetic services, we will discuss your treatment goals and evaluate the areas you would like to address. When appropriate, one or more treatments may be performed during the same visit.

However, based on your provider’s assessment, some aesthetic procedures may be recommended as a staged treatment approach rather than completed all at once. This can be especially important with dermal filler in certain treatment areas. Allowing time between treatments gives your provider an opportunity to evaluate your results before determining whether additional product is appropriate.

Our goal is to achieve a balanced, natural-looking result while minimizing the risk of an overfilled or “overdone” appearance.

If multiple procedures are requested or recommended, your provider may advise performing them during separate appointments. Staging treatments allows us to evaluate your response and results between procedures while prioritizing treatment appropriateness, patient satisfaction, and safety.

The amount, combination, and timing of treatment are individualized based on your anatomy, treatment goals, medical history, previous procedures, response to treatment, and your provider’s clinical assessment. In some cases, this may mean recommending less treatment initially, postponing a requested procedure, or developing a treatment plan that is completed over several visits.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome when provider availability permits. Scheduling an appointment is recommended if you need a particular service or appointment time.

Can I receive multiple services through the same practice?

Yes. One of the goals of B & B Complete Wound & Wellness is to provide patients with access to multiple areas of care through a provider-led practice.

Depending on your individual needs, you may see us for facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, medical weight management, hormone optimization, wellness care, wound care, ostomy support—or a combination of services.
